Our main aim is to provide accommodation for cyclists, tourists or occasional visitors to Czech Canada thus offering all those that love cycling, nature and clean air a chance to explore our beautiful region that has not been touched by mass tourism – a cycling paradise.

The accommodation in our Cyklocamp includes cabins, tents, or caravans. The cabins have 2 or 4 beds and electric light. Apart from accommodation, our camp provides facilities, food services and many opportunities for active recreation.

In the vicinity of the Landštejn castle there is the Landštejn Court, another interesting choice for accommodation and dining in Czech Canada. More information here.

You can leave your bike in our storage area and, if necessary, we can help with some repairs. If you do not have your own bike, you can rent one from us.

Meals and drinks are served in the BikeBar. We also think of your children – there is a kids’ corner in the BikeBar as well as an outdoor playground with swings and a sand pit. For adults we have 2 courts for volleyball or other ball games. You can also use the fireplace for a lava rock barbecue or just sit by a fire and play a guitar...

There are plenty of opportunities for recreation around the Cyklocamp – the camp lies on a line of border fortifications so you can explore the genuine pillboxes, small bunkers built before World War II.

Visit the BikeBar to top up your energy levels for sports or active leisure in the Cyklocamp and its surroundings.. It is located in the Cyklocamp grounds and is open all day. It has a large dining room and outdoor seating.

The BikeBar menu offers inexpensive hot and cold dishes, as well as local specialties (such as a BikeBarBurger). Of course, we also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer and a standard range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

If you’re just driving through, you can stay in the Cyklocamp for one night only, or you can stay for your whole vacation. The surrounding area offers plenty of attractive destinations for both cycling and hiking trips. You can enjoy the ideal conditions that Czech Canada offers cyclists.

Pay a visit to the Landštejn castle. History lovers can enjoy the pre-war defensive bunkers or the narrow-gauge railway to Jindřichův Hradec with steam locomotives.

Swimming is a must for any summer vacation – you can find a beach at an outdoor swimming pool 200 meters from the camp. There is also plenty for fans of in-line skating or shooting sports at our camp.

The Cyklocamp in Staré Město pod Landštejnem was originally an accommodation facility for the Ministry of Interior and for years it served as a pioneer camp and a tourist hostel. The Cyklocamp is being gradually rebuilt giving you a unique opportunity to see a part of the original camp facilities that served generations of pioneers and members of the Socialist Association of Youth.
